There were only two seasons on the Island of Timeless: Spring and Fall. The island is more beautiful than you can even imagine. On the North side of the island, it was always Sunny. The beaches were so clear you see all the way to the bottom of the ocean. There was always a breeze and perfect weather. It is never too hot and never too cold. You see treasures lost, sunken ships, sea turtles, fish, sharks, and even Whales!

I am sure you are curious why there are visual treasures left untouched. Well, in Timeless, you do not need material things.

If you go South, there are never-ending Rain forests with the most vibrant. colorful, beautiful trees, plants, foliage, and creatures, your mind is incapable of comprehending. The creatures were more beautiful than you can imagine. To describe them would be an injustice. This one was like a veiled chameleon, but the colors and their eyes were indescribable. The bird was like a tiny pterodactyl. Its colors were so bright. Their eyes were so bright that they glowed. None of the creatures were scary, nor were they like dinosaurs, but the visuals were so vibrant and sparkly.  I can only try to give you a visual. Imagine the most exotic, beautiful creatures alive or extinct you have ever seen. Any description is mediocre in comparison.

West will bring you vast open land with mountains and trees, birds and bees. The Mountains were so tall with natural stone paths to the top. They were hard to look at as they always were glistening with golden flecks. It’s overly warm but never too hot, and every tree as far as can be seen were weeping willow.

East was more incredible than you could imagine. There was always snow as white as can be, and it sparkled and shone like it was covered in diamonds. It was the right kind of cool but never too cold. How is it possible that the snow never melted? You would think it has to be freezing to have snow-filled orchards and hillsides, but it was never too cold that you were not comfortable. Remarkably strange were the fields full of flowers, blue moon roses, exotic hibiscus, pink bleeding hearts, Asiatic lilies, red roses, orchids and poppies, and the greatest of all, Venus Flytraps.

There were cabins, igloos, tepees, huts, tiny homes, tents, and cottages. Whatever you can imagine, you can inhabit. In every home was a beautiful couple; they were neither young nor old. But the love you felt from each couple there was so very beautiful and quite overwhelming. They were there, living out their lives for eternity, with whom they had vowed their love for infinity.

My love and I had picked a tree house to live in. Our bed was a hammock, but it had the most comfortable mattress. It was like it was made from clouds. You don’t have to design your house. You walk in, and everything you see is exactly what you imagine it should look like. Our kitchen had a fifties theme; the rounded appliances were red, and the floor was black-and-white checkered.  It had an island bar with a steel frame, and the seats were white with black trim. The game room was like a bowling alley with all the games we loved to play. It had a pool table, a Foosball table, and air hockey. There was even a bowling alley with two lanes for when you had friends over. All the art was of Starry Night, my favorite, but each piece was a little different. Our living room was like a theater with the biggest screen I had ever seen. It had recliners for seats, a popcorn machine, and a soda fountain with all our favorite drinks on tap. There were bookshelves with all my favorite books; first edition, of course. The other shelves held all of the board games I had collected. They were all brand new, but from the year they were released. Outside our deck was like a tiki bar. The floor was glass, so you could see below you. Everywhere you looked, you can see the beauty of Timeless.

Timeless was perfect if you were blessed to live there. Just like the name means, you’ll forever live there. No loss, no pain, only love will remain; eternal happiness is all you will ever find here.
